How Does It Work?

We'll take care of all aspects of the valuation providing you with a finished report suitable for service of legal Notices.

Our fee depends on the number of flats to be valued. We charge:

  • £75 for a single flat or leasehold house (lease extension/freehold valuation)
  • £99 for 2 flats
  • £199 for 3-4 flats
  • £399 for 5-10 flats

Upload copies of the relevant lease(s) or we can order them for you.

Use the report for negotiations or instruct us to negotiate for you.
